Australian Orders:
For orders under 20kg are sent via regular Australia Post Parcel Post. Please note this is uninsured and unsigned for. If you would like registered post, express post or signed for delivery, please contact us. Usual delivery time is around 3-6 working days.
For orders over 20kg or complete bikes are sent via a Courier (such as SmartSend). These services require a signature on delivery and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Usually delivery time is around 5-7 working days.
International Orders:
For orders under 20kg are sent via regular Australia Post Airmail. Please note this is uninsured and unsigned for. If you would like a signature on delivery or insurance, please contact us. Usual delivery time is around 7-10 days.
Please note we cannot currently send orders over 20kg or complete bikes internationally due to size and weight restrictions.
